Zeke definitely knows that he has royal blood. In episode 20 Grisha and Dina say this explicitly to him. That being said, he decided not to disclose it for some reason. I wonder why :)

Gabi to Reiner about Reiner's changed personality after returning from Paradis: "They say blood relatives have a much better chance of inheriting memories along with one of the nine titans. If I inherit the Armor, then you'll probably live on inside of me, Reiner. We'll both understand even the things that are too painful to put into words." One of my favorite lines from the manga left out of the scene Gabi and Reiner were walking together.

The "not in this room" line was said by Zeke when Galliard asks where the brass are. That's why Magath says everything's fine except "that one line of Zeke's". He's concerned that Zeke even brought that up to the other Warriors in the first place.

The dinner table scene was supposed to be Reiner reminiscing over his time in Paradis. And his family was expecting to hear terrible things about them but all they heard were pretty mundane and not bad/evil things. That’s why they were so shocked. You got the point mostly right though.

What I love most about this episode is that it shows that on the other side of war, everyone is a human being. Everyone goes back to their families , their homes, their lives. Even people that may have committed the most atrocious acts imaginable.
