I'm in the middle of rendering all the bonus scenes for the Harem room. Here is one angle / shot of Irith with Nyx.
Turns out to get all combinations incl. multi angle shots for some there will be at least 30 images. Probably OK for the Grande Finale ;)

You need to put a lock pick in the left box too. And the combo is the bottom row of the gem field, left to right. Make sure youre selecting the right one (combination one two ...) to start with

Im struggling with the belt code minigame, I think I'm putting in the right combo but when I press open it doesn't do anything, any advice?

There will be Grex + Each girl animations and girl on on one cutscenes. Grex can call them in to decide who's doing who... ;)
