Service Update V200_010a

due to an annoying sound volume setting bug I decided to make a service release and added in a few other minor bugfixes:
- CR-2344 / V2.00_010a / Bug / Logic flow of zealot quest / hyperdrive issue (if accidentally sold)
- CR-2346 / V2.00_010a / Bug / Illegal arcade bots on Tenaris Base rejected
- CR-2349 / V2.00_010a / Bug / Amplifier application code missing
- CR-2350 / V2.00_010a / Bug / Sound effects preferences value not honored
V200_010a is fully compatible with v200_010 (any save game).
If the sound issue doesn't bother you you do not need to D/L this version.

Well, now it should work (though with hardware related settings one can never be sure). Let me know whether the effects sound volume is honored now (testable especially in combat, which only used the new multiplexer channels)
