Devlog - 2nd Aug - Baseline 1.50 Started

I hope the latest official release worked well with no major issues.
Today I prepared the Code Base for V1.50 Expansion - Adventures In Krell Space
I have mapped out the basic storyline already. The next steps are
designing & creating locations (mostly in Arellarti)
designing and creating assets
implementing locations and assets (will be a bit more work...)
implementing quests & NSFW content
Time schedule will be detailed once I I have a bit more visibility. I hope I can get out the Beta in late August. I'll keep you posted here and on discord on the work for the locations and assets.
More to the story soon, it will be focused around Seraphine, Nimhe and Moira. I feel a bit bad for leaving Khelara out but I don't want to squeeze in too much into V1.50.
Khelara should get her own big training quest line (as detailed as Moira's), but that will be probably in v1.60 and be the true conclusion of this project.

I've checked the various patch notes there is nothing about this content having been added (and I've gotten no reponse), so I will assume it hasn't. I don't want to assume any intentions here, *but* I don't think this is a good look. When this content would appear has been discussed quite a few times and the response has been something like "I'm trying to figure out how to do this. It likely won't be until release 1.50". There are several things actually IN the game already that suggest it (and other specific content) will be continued (I would say 'completed'). Now that we have reached V 1.50, the makeup of the content that is to appear seems to have changed quite a bit. As a Patreon supporter, I've been impressed by the rate at which content has been added, but I also have based my decision to support on whether the final product is something that interests me. I'm disappointed to find out that content that was reasonable to expect has been dropped down to "that may be an option", while seeing content that has never been discussed (like "milking") suddenly added. As I said, I don't want to assume ill intent, but this looks especially bad given that this is content that has been pushed back to the end of the dev cycle even though it's been in discussion since before version 1.10.

So, I didn't play well into release V1.50 so I'm sure there are some things I haven't seen (but I haven't seen them in the patch notes). Is it possible for T'Ris to take advanced pet training? Can she learn any pet tricks? These are both things that have been mentioned and actually have items or UI in the game leading subscribers to believe they were coming. Hopefully they are in and I just missed them.

T'Ris already has the most content, so Moira, Seraphine and Nimhe need to catch up, at least in V1.50. The content in v1.60 beyond Khelara is not fixed, but that may be an option.

A smaller update with ylyee (walk in surprise..) i still want to do in the next few weeks :) time ran out for 1.40...

It looks fantastic. The pacing too and good to know about Khelara later, as greedy as it would be to want everything now, spreading things out is the best thing and not too much either as much as I'd love Ylyee to be added.
