I have checked but it seems the billing address was not filled thus our system can't process the reward and pledge. You can fix this by going to www.patreon.com/pledges -> edit (we use the shipping address fields for this purpose and wont send you anything by postal service). Please prevent the usage of special characters such as ä ë as our system currently doesn't accept those. Once done head over to the game and login. Then go to My Account -> Providers and connect your Patreon Account to the game. Once those steps are done your reward should sync in about 15 minutes. For all months after this the reward will sync on the 6th.
