You can use this addon with any of my mods. For the best effect, it is better to use a mod with a bare neck so that the collars do not overlap each other.

If you bind Claire's animation to Leon's skeleton, it will work, but Leon's body will deform. But this can also be corrected. The problem is that there are a lot of files to find and replace.
