You'll have the ability to reduce the head's width. No more than that. If the mouth looks wider than because of the head's width looking different with HS FOV that's because she's smiling.

Well seeing them side to side, I would say that the head is wider than the original, which would make both the lips and the nose bigger, if you ask me.
