Since this was longer than most commissions, we worked on some preliminary concept drawings. The redhead was meant to be "sexy and model-like", while the protagonist is nerdy and scrawny:
The commissioner was kind enough to compile some images of the kind of faces they'd rather see. Along with some good old-fashioned breast enlargement, they led to the revised concept sketches below:

Amazing! I love how happy they are! I always loved when we had a chance to see some of the concept arts and sketches, and seeing them it add more to the whole. However I miss the freckles on the final product, but it's a lovely amazing work as always! :)
