My process for this was similar to the News Anchor piece from February. However, I fiddled with that piece's line art for so long that, once it was time to paint, I had no energy left. I just wanted to see it done. This time, I didn't even bother with inks. Instead, I focused on the coloring. I'm much happier with the end result. Yay for improved energy budgeting!
