I’m looking forward to Meta giving Percy “Challenges” that are outside the cube, for “extra rewards.” Meta’s space affinity allows him to constantly teleport the cube anywhere in the universe. He can probably teleport one of Percy’s clones to any greater spring and that clone could attach a compass point. Then Percy will be able to send clones back there regularly to learn secrets to bring back to Meta, but Percy will get them, too. And for each one, Percy will probably earn credits, too.

The only new people outside of ones Metatron picks are kids born from gods that live there, I would bet they have training/babysitting cubes before they are released to work for their food the same as everyone else. Kind of hard for a toddler to fight or draw runes.

It was mentioned previously, some people sleep in the queue, probably lightly enough to wake up to movement so they can keep their spot. People can adapt to the weirdest circumstances if they need to.
