As someone who has to ask about chance of pregnancy as part of my job, people say all sorts of unhinged things for both procedures. (Side note, not sure how someone telling me their โhusband is fixedโ answers the question of if they themselves are pregnant ๐)

Also 'getting your tubes tied' is the colloquial phrase for tubal ligation where they cut or clamp the fallopian tubes. The vasectomy/vas deferens slang is 'snipped'' (I think, I haven't heard that in a while, mostly they just say 'vasectomy') Just fyi, because people might get confused if Crunch starts telling them he got his tubes tied lol
