One question I always keep in mind when working with the Dark Fairy is: "Am I really making you afraid of them?" After all, they're supposed to be the villains in the story? But as I dive deeper into their character, that question shifts to: "Am I making them truly terrifying now?" However, capturing them wouldn't feel as satisfying if the one we imprison isn't genuinely a big, bad figure. So, it's okay to be afraid of them—because they are terrifying.

The dark fairy is supposed to be the villain? I hope not, at least not the one we've already "convinced" of us. Her mother maybe, but actually I have the feeling that there isn't really any villain in the story (apart from the strange organization), just a lot of unhappy, broken characters.
