Another idea: To continue the theme of Mr. Moo being stuck in potentially funny situations, what if he was trying to learn something that could be difficult for an unguligrade. Roller skating, roller blading, or maybe ice skating for getting into the winter spirit.

The struggles of having all that booty. 😆 I don't have a real suggestion beyond I think it's funny to imagine a minotaur's head popping up over a crowd of people because they're so dang tall. Also minotaurs doing things in the modern world, like riding the subway. Do with that what you will.
