Cypress Golden Leaves

Tbh this was supposed to be more of a torso study, but I added in a bit more ๐ Not, totally pleased with the anatomy on this one, but hey, it was a tougher one for me, and that's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. It was a great learning experience overall though, and I do like the idea. Either way, hope you guys like it!

Thanks Budge! I went into more detail in replying to Hash, but essentially itโs the right arm and hand, and the junction between the right pec, the abs and the serratus/obliques that gave me the most trouble ๐

Iโd say that out of the 25 years or so that Iโve been drawing, maybe 8 years of it have been really dedicated to learning anatomy. Nothing strict with lessons or anything, but just info and knowledge that Iโve gathered over time and with practice ๐

Thanks bud ๐ I think it was mainly his right arm and hand. I even had to look up refs, but the angle and the position of the hand I chose for it made it a bit more complex ๐ Also that area where the right pectoral transitions to the abs and also to the serratus muscles. Basically that corner specifically gave me quite a bit of trouble as well lol Looking at it again this morning though, it does look a bit better than it did last night. My eyes were probably a bit tired ๐
