🕑 Added 2025-02-05 08:20:42 +0000 UTCI’m super excited to cosplay Citlali from genshin this week!! I spent about 5 hours today styling her wig😭 2 hours cutting the bang pieces to size, an hour cutting and thinning out the back, and then another 2 hours setting all the hairs into place. I often say that I hate wig styling, but I do always feel a sense of accomplishment when I finish one🥹

Thank you!! It depends on the complexity, some hairstyles take less than an hour and some take 5+ like this one did. There's also some prep work beforehand, I usually wash wigs as soon as I get them, let them dry overnight, then backcomb them to add volume before I start styling

I steam each piece in place one by one!! Having a little portable steamer is a game changer for wigs
