I really liked Noah’s question. Even though I understand Caleb responds. I feel like a company that large and with that many resources should be able to provide a better wage without their employees relying on overtime. It sounds like she is in a low cost of living area but that is still not a lot of money. I was also surprised by the low company contribution to her 401k.

As a parent, it is a pain in the ass to fit 3 car seats in the back of a car. BUT they do make narrow car seats that make it to where you can fit all 3 in the back of a car. Honestly, lots of parents fit 3 car seats in the back seat without having a third row.
