Hello Brad. Nobody taught me this method, during my high school years and then during my studies I was drawing a lot during lectures, and I was making shadows on my drawings using a pen in the same way how now I'm blending colors with my brush :) I will record a video tutorial about painting feathers once again because now I have much better camera, and better skill in recording videos. I also paint them now in a bit different way so you will be able to choice which way of painting you like better. ;)

I add a little water to them, to make them more liquidy using my brush.

I love how smooth your blends are. Who taught you this method? Also, what other tutorials on Magnus do you have planned, because your feathers look stunning, and while I can see how you drew the white, I'm curious about how you achieved the gradients in the blues you inked on afterwards.

Hi, i have a question. Your colors on the palet are very liquid. Is this because you leave them in the closed wet palet for some hours? Because when i put the colors on the palet they do not are so liquid why?
