That’s so interesting I hate how anxiety works man. I also have a huge fear of meds even though I should be on a bunch of them lol. And for me I’m scared of lorazepam bc it’s a benzo and trazadone is technically a “less intense” med. but I know that the fear isn’t actually related to any logic. Like I’ve been prescribed a face cream and been debilitated bc I’m convinced I’m going into anaphylactic shock smh.
