That's make sense then. It wasn't explained or hinted in the Manhwa so many readers (including me) was confused why he acted so late. I knew about the TV being behind and turned off when things started to go south.

He can’t see what’s happening through his shadows. He only pieces together that something is wrong when he loses connection with a shadow he places (which happens when a. the shadow is defeated or b. When the person he placed the shadow with is defeated)

for all those who don't understand Jinwoo cant see what his shadows see he can only have a connection to them and swap locations with them at this point. he knew to act then and there because he lost contact with the shadow connected to goto that why he chose to act then. and small spoiler they cut the feed when the s Ranks were getting beat so no footage and everything being seen was already on a 10 min delay.

Yeah many manhwa readers started to hate or at least blame Jinwoo here because he should had known what is happening from his shadows. I am not mentioning the TV cuz we know it's 10 minutes behind. So him not showing up earlier is kinda strange, bad writing for dramatic entrance? Dunno if the LN actually has an explanation of him being this late.
