Yoga Pose "Crow"
🕑 Added 2023-04-02 15:04:14 +0000 UTCI was able to finally do this pose in my yoga class! Harder than expected but I finally got it! I thought I would show it off here wearing my thong 😛 Feet were off the ground for a good 20 seconds in this video. The longest I've done has been 60 seconds!
