I encourage everyone to take some pictures of yourself. It does not have to be in the nude. But take a picture of yourself when you feel the most confident and always think about that moment in time whenever you feel down about yourself or you are having a rough moment in your life. Bring up that picture and pull that confident energy whenever you need it!
