Some said Supir is better for their images. But it is not always. In case , I like to use tile upscale, just like this one with ControlNet.

WOW. This is THE BEST, ONE OF A KIND UPSCALER, MAN. I've used (not just tried, but used a lot) every repair and restoration model available to us mere mortals, and none come close to this workflow. To be honest, i upscale a quality generated image in SDXL and IP adapter style precision etc. I've compared it to the SUPIR, which looks like an effervescent tablet in direct comparison LOL. What a sharpness..
