Coming round the last bend...
🕑 Added 2022-06-16 13:28:17 +0000 UTCHello everyone! Apologies for the lateness of the public update. As it turns out, there is really just steady progress to report this week. I've spent a little time upgrading my computer, which should hopefully allow the re-rendering process to proceed a little more quickly. That's well on the way now that I've stopped remastering them, and I'll provide an accounting next week.
Nissa joins our band of re-done sprites, along with Carmela, Janette and Jane. The secondary characters that are only seen in one or two outfits go a lot faster, and so I'm turning these out at a fair speed now.
The maps and coding are now tantalisingly close to being done. Here we see Fallulah Park, restored to beauty and fully working.
Kusankhana Hospital and the Financial District are also finished. I'm now onto the slaver base, which is the final area to be done! It's pretty huge though, lots of scenes take place there, including the exciting gunfight escape sequence, (of which I'm very proud, by the way.)
Next week, we'll take a look at the overall progress and have a look at what still needs to be done, however, we're rapidly closing in on a working game now. Then playtesting can begin.
While all this has been going on, I've also been planning some of the new quests and events that we'll be seeing in the future. Which are you most looking forward to? Jess's Relationship Quest? Miss Paris's? The next part of Poppy's story? I for one can't wait. It seems like forever now that I've been re-doing old stuff and I'm desperate to make more new!

I have to say that for me it is a tie between Jess and Poppy. Reason being is that I always like to bully style characters in games like this. I think it's because of the mixture of the dom/sub style relationship combined with humiliation, but I'm not as big on the more physical punishments. Been enjoying the game, keep up the good work, and I am looking forward to future releases.

Yeah, Jess gives off strong tsundere vibes. I know her relationship quest is going to be one of the trickiest ones to get right since so many different people will be expecting different things.

I've tried to keep the maps as close to how they were as possible. In most cases, the graphics are just slightly updated versions of the old ones - in some cases they're literally the same ones just upscaled, so hopefully it should all feel familiar.

Miss Paris quest line is the one I most look forward to. It can go all kinds of interesting ways.

Jess's Relationship Quest will be interesting, I guess Jess have genuine feelings toward Missy she shows a little hints about this. Across the game this character for me is a little tsundere or something like that, I would like to discover if Jess is capable to express a true feelings for Missy or if she just is a bullying. I am very curious to know what the creator the game is going to do with this character.

Character wise, those changes are amazing. Background wise, map wise, I like the old one.
