its creepy because she doesn't know who it is, and it's also 100 percent along the lines of stalker territory. BECAUSE she doesn't know who's leaving the flowers, she could be creeped out and end up paranoid, hence it being creepy. The photo album thing really only works if your parents offer it up, or if the conversation happens to lead there. Forcing your way to that point is weird hahah

Honestly I thought Ishigami's first idea was hella romantic. But the problem is only someone else with the same degree of flower knowledge would get it. Also, the one thing I gathered from that first skit was: So, no matter what a guy does, it's gonna end up being "creepy," because apparently in today's world, having a simple crush is "creepy." It's bullshit if you ask me.

Small fact: The whole Kaguya telling Ishigami to make Tsubame his is a direct reference to the tale of Princess Kaguya, where she gives her 5th suitor named Isonokami (written the same as Ishigami in Japanese) the impossible task of obtaining a swallow's cowry (tsubame no koyasu-gai)
