So during university I never attempted to talk to many people because of my social anxiety, though this one day I felt especially confident. I don't know why or what possessed me that day, but I actually felt like interacting with people. On Tuesdays I have two classes basically back to back so I'd just sit at the library on campus waiting for my next class. This girl from that class happened to wait at the library as well. We never really interacted before other than this one group project we did at the time. I wouldn't count it as interacting as we texted in a group chat for the entirety of the project. Anyways, I reluctantly went up to her and started talking. We actually had a ton in common and both were practically friendless lol. So we began sitting next to each other in that class and even hung out from time to time. This one night she invited me over for dinner and for a little study session. No it wasn't a date or at least it wasn't heavily implied that she had an interest in me, so as wattpaddy as this sounds, it was all platonic. We chatted all night and she introduced me to the show "The Boys", if you know you know. But while we were watching the boys, I head up to her bathroom to relieve myself. When I opened the door my eyes almost popped out of my head. I kid you not the first thing i see in the bathroom is this little like basket full of toys sitting on like the edge of the bathtub. Like a fuck ton of toys. I'm not one to judge because I have toys myself, I just thought it was funny to see all of them sitting there out in the open. When I came back from the bathroom I didn't mention what I saw and sat there kinda giggling to myself. This happened a few years back and she and I are still very good friends. As a good friend, I did end up telling her in the most casual way possible. Over a little grocery shopping trip. So yeah!
