Glad you're back home safe and surgery was successful Yep proper wound sterilization is important I can really recommend scar cream As long as there's silicone in it it should be beneficial Of course only once the doctors say it's ready And then moving and stretching it My scar healed wonderfully after each operation and that's what I did Anyways wishing you all the best

I suggest looking into some nutritional drinks such as ensure or Nestle boost. They are a bit pricey but extremely helpful for situations when you can't eat solid food. Hope you have a smooth recovery ♥️
