Now 40 years old, she doesn’t do as many movies nowadays, seeming to be choosy with the roles she takes. You know you have to work with her, and you eagerly accept the role offer.
It becomes apparent during filming that your co-star is still as much of a powerhouse as ever, a true masterclass in acting… and your chemistry on camera is palpable, to say the least. But off camera, in your shared trailer, she maintains an air of cool distance. Sometimes, though, you catch her staring at you on set, brows furrowed as though she is trying to solve a complex problem. Her ambivalence perplexes you, but you try to simply focus on the work at hand.
Until today, when you find her in your trailer well after she has shot her last scenes, clearly brooding… and you have a good idea what’s on her mind.

With this audio I really wanted to highlight that older women aren’t necessarily always as put together as they seem. I love a dommy mommy as much as the next person, but the middle-aged women who are insecure and troubled due to life circumstances out of their control… they are beautiful and deserve to be deeply loved and appreciated for who they are!!
So I wanted someone like that to be the focus. No dominating speaker in this one, just a woman desperate to feel loved again. I hope you all enjoy and love this character as much as I do!

The rest of filming goes smoothly; the older actress’s mood is noticeably improved on set, making her easier to work with… and she finds plenty of intense satisfaction within their shared trailer all throughout the remainder of the filming period. The set-up to this was so good, I was (a) ready to raise pitchforks against that husband, and (b) really curious about whatever movie they’re doing. Like, I caught myself thinking, “Damn, now I gotta see what this movie’s about.” Like, I just wanna know the rest of their story? The moments the led up to this night at the trailer, and whatever else happens next, how their relationship (professionally, intimately) change. And service top speaker comes off as the perfect blend of earnest, cheeky, and eager I am 100% she’ll end up teasing the older actress while on set (especially after that confession). Your voice acting was phenomenal as usual, but as a writer I’m always blown away by the subtle depth of the world-building that’s included in your stories?
