Sorry for the slow reply! I sent you a dm but also replying here so others can see. You need the CUAmanager plugin to export and import appearance presets that use a cua as part of the model. I recommend this guide: https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/mvps-guide-to-cua-manager.22155/

I can't seem to get her hair to display when I save it as an appearance preset or look preset. Any ideas?
