How about some video content?
🕑 Added 2024-02-22 21:25:26 +0000 UTCAwoo there, Patrons! Call us silly, but, we want to up our video content a little bit. We've had a few ideas floating around, but one we'd like to try doing is a video podcast. Perhaps it's a good idea to ask the rabble what you think.
Those of you who've been with LondonFurs for some time might remember our livestreams that we did on Discord and YouTube during the Covid pandemic. While "doing it live" was fun for that, these ideas are more around pre-recorded content, which we can put on our YouTube channel and so on.
Potential ideas for content include staff updates, interviews with members of the community (and beyond), something to do with fursuits, behind-the-scenes crap, commentary on life/universe/films/video games... you get the idea. We'll try to film most of the content at the meet, as well.
Just so we don't go totally mad on producing content, anything we do won't be hours long. Don't really see each video being longer than 10 minutes. It takes far too long to shoot, edit, and produce these things. Keep it simple, stupid.
Oh, and we'd probably post it all to Patreon first, before making it available elsewhere. Subscriber perks! Wow!

Personally I'd say maybe having a podcast every 2 months would be good like you'll have 2 meets worth of photos and stuff to use also would give you time to record stuff properly at the meets and stuff if needed. Also I feel 10 min is a bit to short I think slightly longer at around 15-20min would be nicer overall as it would allow a bit more content and maybe make the videos feel a bit more substantial without being overwhelming
