On behalf of all Yanks, I apologize that we are ruining your cereal of choice. I can however assure you Donald Trump had nothing to do with it. Incidentally, we don't use the word 'Yanks' but I live in Florida and anyone from North of Virginia and East of the Mississippi we call 'Yankees'. Many come South for the Winter and drive slow in the fast lane. Florida itself is a bit odd...geographically we are the southern most state but to get to the cultural South you have to drive North to Georgia or Alabama. Central and North Florida has a more Southern Culture but near the Coasts and South Florida it is like New York but with Palm Trees.

"Weetabix". To my American ears it sounds like a fungus or insect that destroys crops. We have 'Wheaties' which sounds similar. As a kid I liked 'Lucky Charms' and 'Captain Crunch'. Now I just buy the store brand or bargain brand oats and honey that tastes the same as 'Honey Bunches of Oats' but costs half the price.

I've no interest in breakfast 90% of the time, but when I do it's Weetabix. Got bought out my the yanks recently so they 're doing their usual strategy of launching a bajillion special editions. Banana flavour is good though.
