An update

This might be a little long, but I'd thank you if you read this and if you could give me some feedback, if you don't have time it's all cool, I understand.
At the middle of this month more or less we got visited at our appartment by a lady claiming ownership of the appartment and telling us that we were supposed to know a month ago and be out already, which we had no idea about. The situation with this appartment was a little shady at the start to be honest, but my husband and me didn't think much of it since we really needed an appartment and this one was cheap and the landlord said he was trying to get ownership of the appartment (Basically it was his dad's, but he died without leaving a will and the guy has more siblings, so they had to come up with a way to divide the real state). Soooo yeah, so far we haven't gotten confirmation that this is legit, but the lady gave us until the end of april to leave the appartment yes or yes, so we have been looking around for our options.
Things don't look too good, the living situation here in Portugal is not too good, not many appartments available and the ones available go fast and are very expensive (To give an idea, rent here was 180€ and appartments without bedrooms (t0) are going for 300€. So things are being pretty difficult, Patreon is not being successful enough for me yet to afford a new appartment and commissions are too unreliable to depend our living on them, besides I can't do patreon and commissions at the same time since I'm not that fast of an artist.
Patreon has been improving for me this past month and I'm optimistic that it can work out for me, but it's gonna take some more time and that I don't have too much of as we are about to be evicted.
So, I am thinking on options to make my patreon better to get more patronage, I have been thinking on changing the tiers slightly. Move the voting of the $5 into the $3 tier, add at $5 access to source files for my work at request and I want to make what patreon calls "special offers". Basically I want to make sets of telegram stickers for the people subscribed in that month, a new set every month, I was thinking on making the first poll to decide the character to be on the stickers (So it's not like, OCs, but generic poke/digi/cutie) while keeping the second poll for the normal r34 pic.
Basically I would love to know what do you guys think about these changes and if you got other ideas for this situation. .

So, I'm actually going to ignore the patron stuff for the moment. I don't know how it works in Portugal, but in the US at least if someone owns a house that is occupied by renters they can't just evict, and I'd be shocked if a European country is less tenant friendly than the US. I'd suggest seeing if there's a tenants' rights group or similar that you can discuss this with, they may be able to give you advice that lets you stay in your home.
