But something about them just doesn't quite mesh right with me. We tried natural lighting (back half contact sheets) and also some blue lights (front half unedited, raw images and some contact sheet examples), but I just don't think the concept was working quite well.

It does wash out somewhat. But you will always look amazing!

It looks like the photos are meant to be monochromatic but just aren’t. The skin tone won’t work with the other colours. If we could isolate you on a solid black background, it may be great!
