So, the Royal Road readers turned out surprisingly invested in the fate of one guard that fell into a pit trap early in the battle that I totally didn’t forget about. Which means that…ugh, the non-bees are claiming screentime again. Don’t they know we have better bees-ness to get to?

I have decided that, since the point of remnant spawning is for challengers, that the Tower will not spawn them for individuals incapable of challenging, such as incapacitated or incarcerated individuals. Incarcerated especially ain't earning the patron god's favor...depending on the god I suppose.

Thanks for the chapter. Loved it. Not much happened in this chapter. The third human in the pit was a surprise, but I understand how he literally slipped everyone's notice. Dudes probably so bloody high, must be hallucinating nonstop. So it only took two of the bumblebee soldiers to carry the man, this while in full armour and soaking wet from honey. Damn that's impressive. One bumblebee lancer should work as a mount for belissar and the karnuq. We should also be able to build little platforms for them to carry the fallen soldiers to let them participate in combat more. Mobile spellcasters are a nightmare to deal with. Huh, I wonder how big a bumblebee Gardner would be? How would their size affect their care for plants? So many questions. Lol.

Thanks for the chapter! Three prisoneers good more infomation the hive could get. Are the prisoneers still spawnering shades or since they are in the kurnuq village none of them are spawning as "Settlement" type rooms/constructions prevent shades from spawning?
