Ooh! if their mom taught Yori’s kid’s spells, does that mean Yori knows spells too!? I mean, that’d make sense if she made the portal to help Emiko escape. GASP! Does that mean Yori knows rokurokubi magic? XD

I know its been awhile but who remembers back when Sam was starting to write down his thoughts/start of a new book and one of the things he mentions is this place having a effect on the people around him most importantly Erma. I think/ belive this is a very prominent situation with Erma her mom and her moms relationship with her father. You can see the concern/confusion from Erma cause all Erma has seen is this chippy upbeat grandfather of grandfathers. But now Erma is seeing her mom give her father the dead mans eye glare and even before that about went super Saiyan just to get Erma away from the grandparents. Thats going to influence Erma in someway because she's caught between what she has seen and know vs what she has not seen or knew about from the past and if anyone has read the pre lore to Erma being born....the grandfather is a bastard in many ways and Emikos responses/glares are rightfully justifiable. But thats not Erma's problem or situation to deal with forget that she's supernatural and has powers...she's a bloody kid. I love how the Authors portrayed this in just a few short strips keep up the good work I'm loving this so much.

My guess is he knows about the tension, he just doesn’t acknowledge his children’s feelings as worthwhile. Just a theory, but I doubt he is the type to make amends.

So, not only does the grandmother encourage two of her granddaughters to be ruthless bullies, but the grandpa is also either playing fool about the VERY strained atmosphere within his family, or he's actually that dense.
