Based on my experience as a nurseβ¦itβs no longer difficult to get a job in a management/director role in nursing homes or assisted living centers (even with little to no nursing experience) due to the lack of nurses who want to work in those facilitiesβ¦especially since COVID hit. Part of me wonders if Heather actually started these crimes in her role at the veterinary clinic she worked at for all of those years??
