🕑 Added 2021-11-29 16:01:22 +0000 UTCToday is my first day back to work after a bit of much needed time off. I basically slept the entire time I wasn't working-- which made the return of my insomnia last night that much more obvious. I wonder what could be causing it?
Since I was up before the sun with no sleep in sight, I felt compelled to release some anxiety with sunrise selfies. I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday 🙃😴

It's always hard to go back to work after taking a long break, especially when you've been recovering mentally, emotionally, or physically. It's like leaving the womb. I also have a hard time sleeping the night before I go back to work. Happens to me every year. Hope you manage well, Dove!
