yeah, speed change with diff framerate so its issue...speed control is required for that....loop animation was my aim but 8k tex limit of unity is issue.... so a low res tex will be required for that but skin will look bad from close up....tileing will make it much small..not worth it

shader cant do it....have to use script to orientation of body part with their world position....i havent done that yet if its possible
Very pretty. 2 things would be nice: 1. loop the animation 2. Speed control (or 2-3 fixed, slower versions)

arm direction is always gonna be a probably, with the texture. any shader way?
