HOW IT WORKS
To buy the available venues, click on the Business category on your Sim's phone and select Buy a Bar or Buy a Cinema. After selecting either an existing venue or an empty lot, and once the zone is loaded, a new Business Management category will appear on your Sim's phone, where you can manage your business.
In addition to the Business Management menu on the phone, each business venue has an object anchor that provides more functionality for managing the business. For Bar venues, the Business Management menu can be accessed by clicking any bar object. For the Cinema venues, you can click either the host station or the bar object.
You can also keep your owned business(es) open and running even when leaving the venue. This allows multiple businesses to operate simultaneously. However, please note that there is a "penalty" in sales and overall performance when your Sim is away from the business.
Due to game limitations, it is not possible to manage an owned business while away, except for closing it. If the performance of a business is too low while your Sim is away, you will receive a notification about it.

Installation
Download the file below and extract its content into your Sims 4 mods directory (typically C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods).
Updating
Same as installing, but when asked to overwrite existing files, press Yes.
PS: Zipped files come with a structured folder and sub-folders, to make installation easier and to avoid creating duplicates. If you copy TanksMods from the zip file and paste it in your Sims 4 Mods directory, it will automatically create the main directory (TanksMods) and install the mod for you or overwrite your existing Sims4Tycoon mod (when updating)

Remember to delete localthumbcache.package and avatarcache.package in your Sims 4 directory when updating mods.
CONFLICTS
Because this mod also overrides some of the original venues like the bars (apart from the custom venues such as the Cinema), and makes them ownable businesses, make sure you don't have any other mod that overrides them too.
Changes/Fixes:
Fixed a compatibility issue with the Small Businesses pack. The mod was interfering with the perk list of Small Businesses.

Hi. No the idea of using Zerbu's Venue Changes is that it doesnt need updating, its plug-and-play, and it also covers all new and old custom venues automatically, while the Basemental needs constant updating. For example, if you get a new mod that adds a custom venue, if you have Zerbu's, it will be added/recognized automatically by the game, but if you have only Basemental Venues, it will not, if its not added on the supported venues by Basemental. So, you can delete Basemental venues, install Zerbu's and it will cover/support the venues added by Basemental as well.

Its different mods with different purposes, so no conflict. But instead of Basemental venue, which needs updating every now and then, use zerbu's venue mod as that doesn't need updating.
