New features to Sims 4 Tycoon

I hope you had the time to test Sims 4 Tycoon out. It's small mod right now, as you have noticed, so more functions and venues will be added as i go. The next venue i have planned is the gyms. At first, im doing the base game venues, and l will go with the other venues from the other packs later one. While im at it, i would like to hear if you have any new feature/function/venue in your mind that you miss from the standard in-game businesses and you would like to see implemented.

Of course, they will be profitable. Im working on making the bar object like a management point for the Bars, so when you click on that, you would be able to do a few more things, like advertising the business, which would bring more customers (with a cost, though) or change the markup price, etc. If the bartender is skilled, he/she will also be able to make more expensive drinks, so that adds up to the revenue.

Hey tank, I downloaded the mod and a bar that I plan to play with but wanted to ask what the earning potential will be with the system. Will the venues be profitable?
