Rest…
🕑 Added 2025-01-30 13:58:56 +0000 UTCA brief moment of rest before the day begins.
Yesterday was a whirlwind, which is normal on my first day home. I’ve been away for two weeks and the family, children, pets, friends all needed TLC. It was a day full of hugs, tears, cleaning, realignments and unplanned adventures. In the end, all things were accomplished and everyone got love and time together. Yesterday was a day of big change, new starts, teary goodbyes and realignment again.
Today, as I work, I remind myself that Everything is temporary. All of it, the good, the bad and the ugly, all temporary. It is my job today to not become too closely attached to anything in this material world and to certainly expect dizzying change. So today I move like water, carving my way through life. Rushing only when the energy moves me, flowing as my nature allows. Today I force nothing. Today I will gently wash away the dust and bring powerful waves of change that will nurture my own eco system. My family, my community.
When the time is right, I will redirect my oceans of knowledge, Pounding and lapping the shores of this land to encourage deep erosion to outdated systems that hold us captive to the old ways, outdated systems of belief, through disorientation and deception. Today I resist the corporate lie and move only according to my nature.
So, how will you spend your day? Are you working, relaxing, daydreaming, exercising or are you doing something completely unique?

There are a lot of responses to this post and rightfully so. Such a powerful dispatch. Moving like water in all things for a day is a great way to recharge. Good for you!

Holy cow Kim! I didn’t put those pieces together. What a strange accident that was. I’m glad you are ok. We love you

We had a lot of first responders working the plane crash on base today. Almost rear ended one of their vehicles going into work because it was parked along the curb around a curve in the road. Of course, it’s all the fault of Biden’s DEI programs and not the current regime.

Thursdays are often the most boring day of the week don't you think ? not quite the weekend and you know you still have to get up for work tomorrow. Your photo is probably the peak of my excitement today. Ive decided to stop at the seafood stall on the way home tonight and pick up some fresh seafood for a nice spaghetti tonight with crusty baked bread. So there you have it the high lights of my day your legs and spaghetti , but I'm not complaining I like both !

Enjoy your bath. As per usual I'm putting in my 8 hours at work. Fortunately my job is not stressful or labor intensive. After work supper then possibly whiskey neat.

Welcome home ! Here's some long distance coffee from little man and I! ☕️ Today I'm sanding/painting our kitchen cabinets getting the house ready for sale! I started the project last February but life has been life-ing and here we are finishing up a year later hehe. Gonna put on some P!nk and rock out with little man while we do all the things today. Have a beautiful day girl! We love you!
