1. Craftable at Chem Station under Vtaw Private Jacket or IN-GAME ESP Explorer easy and fast way to get all the items.
2. Swap materials at Armor Workbench.

Gonna add open version in the next update. For physics you need this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/39088 All of my mods works fine with it.
