Vampire Castle of Evening Mist Map Pack [90 x 130]
🕑 Added 2021-10-23 03:28:34 +0000 UTCI am pleased to release a massive 4-level, mountain-based castle that once lay home to a powerful family of vampires, but who retreated into a prolonged slumber deep in the lower level when a virulent plague swept across the face of their world, threatening much of their food supply.
The castle lay dormant for decades before being claimed by an army that lay claim to the mountain pass nearby, and whom has lived there ever since. Now that the keep teems with life, it may come to pass that the Vampire Lords sleeping deep below ground will begin to stir from their slumber and wake, starving for blood.
The Map Pack can also be used simply as a castle/keep in your Homebrew adventure, as the Vampire Tomb is completely separate and hidden from the rest of the lower level.
There are [4] maps included in this Map Pack:
Main Level [90 x 130] - this contains [2] guard houses, royal chambers, war room, shrine, soldier mess hall, barracks, officer's quarters, servant quarters, buttery, granary, library, kitchen, larder, secret chamber off library, visitor's quarters, blacksmith, stables and grand hall.
Lower Level [80 x 80] - this contains lower barracks, jail/dungeon, interrogation room, officer barracks, officer quarters, castle crypts, secret library, sewing chamber, wine cellar, servant quarters, treasury, vault, storage and cistern.
Ramparts [90 x 130] - this contains the ramparts of the castle, including several ballistae, [2] large catapults, tented sleeping areas, tented dining areas and the 2nd floor of the SW tower containing chambers for adepts/scholars, as well as chambers for the head mage and/or scholar.
Observatory [90 x 130] - this contains a view of the ramparts and the 3rd floor of the SW tower, which contains a large telescope and serves as an observatory to study the evening sky and chart the signs among the stars.

There are Master Map Lists for each tier, that will have all of the various maps with download links in release order. They're linked from the pinned post on the front of the Patreon. You should be able to find it by searching for "Vampire Castle of Evening Mist"

Hey old post but how to I download the other maps to this

So for some reason when I tried to import the ungridded version of this map, there are only 3 files. One for the lower floor, one for the ramparts and one for the upper floor but the ramparts and upper floor are all exterior. They're covered by roofs. Even though there is a map file (not VTT file) that shows the interior of the rooms being hidden. Looking back it appears there's 4 floors according to your post. The Ungridded version contains the Ramparts, Observatory, and Lower level but not the Main level.

For mapping this map in particular? Or which assets do I use in general? The most common assets I use are by AoA, Birdie, Gnome Factory, BMM, Orcitect, Krager, Geordie_LaForge, Gogot and Essendi, but in almost all cases, I'm using only a handful of their assets and using probably 90 - 95% default Dungeondraft assets.
