This might be the best one, I was totally zonked by the floating, don’t think my body ever saw what was coming.
Keep practicing. It takes going really deep and real focus. I can slmost do it anytime i want.
It took me a year before I was able to achieve my first HFO. At a certain point, I wasn't sure that it was even possible. Over two years, I've had 8 HFOs in total, and for me at least, they are never guaranteed. It takes time and patience. There are many tricks to increasing your odds of having one, but the biggest thing is relaxing and going deep into hypnosis (which is easier said than done when you're trying your hardest to achieve a HFO). Considering that it can be difficult to achieve a HFO, it is possible that some people might not be able to get there :(. Having said that, I've always enjoyed the journey even when I wasn't quite able to get to the HFO. If you work at it, you have a good chance of achieving one eventually. Good luck.
