pretty sure the intent of that video was that he was gonna spend less time reading these kinds of comments. as to how much he earns off patreon, he gets my money when he produces something so I never feel cheated. I hope you have a better day than you have been having so far :)

I wake up to music from a randomly shuffled, carefully curated playlist. There's enough variety to keep me from hating the music, but enough familiarity to make waking up relatively pleasant. The only downside is I feel obligated to wait for the end of a song, which is why I've removed all songs over a certain length from the list.

I've been waking up to the summer theme from Stardew Valley for a few years now; still love it. Been considering getting one of those Phillips "wake up lamps" that simulate sunrise, though.
