🕑 Added 2025-01-09 00:05:23 +0000 UTCHey all! Mikey and Teara at Filmjoy have everything set up on their end, and I've finally done the stuff I needed to do on my end, but we're ready to launch!
We have the I Don't Know Dan Olson t-shirts in many sizes (while supplies last) and the Serious Bear Country and Merged Faces stickers (4") that were all available at PAX West last year.
This is a few days early access for Patrons as a thank you. Note that this is not a pre-sale! All this stuff exists! We already made it! It'll start shipping basically as soon as their four artisanal hands can start packing boxes.
Thank you so much everyone for all your support over the years, we're dabbling in merch mostly just so that some physical artefact of Folding Ideas makes its way out into the world. Y'all are wonderful, I very literally could do none of this without you.
Also I have a couple thousand 2" stickers still, so if you run into me at an event (not the mall, leave me alone at the mall. Unless it's a mall event? IDK, use your judgement) chances are good I've got a bunch on me!
Mantracks is nearing completion, I'm really happy with how it's come together as a whole, and I can't wait for everyone to see the finished video.

Edit: Catawampus is shipping out of LA, and while they are safe and quite far from any of the fires they won't be able to get packages moving until postal service resumes.

Off-topic, but I need to post this somewhere for this audience: the Mikkelsens have a new publishing scam now with new branding that is advertised on literally every YouTube video I watch atm. They must be paying a bunch for this. Also, I didn't realise that there's also a female Mikkelsen on board (with my first name, embarrassingly), although now that I do know, I recognise her from one of the ads Dan has in the Contrepreneurs video.

Thank you for making this available internationally, Dan! I got a shirt and 2 Serious Bear Country stickers, which I've been wanting ever since you first showed them off. International shipping costs are oof, but I know that that's just how it is; can't be helped unless you use a 3rd-party service for shirt/sticker printing that works on several continents, and that lack of control over sourcing&production comes with its own issues.

You should make some event-limited versions of the “I don’t know Dan Olson” shirts that say “…but I met him once” on the back! Bonus points if you add “at [x event]” and keep changing it 🤣
