The reward for reaching this goal was an office and sketchbook video tour. I work from home as an illustrator (mainly doing children's books, in addition to the stuff you see here) and my plan was to share my sketchbook, office, and drawing process. Are there any other specific questions you'd like me to talk about in the tour? Feel free to comment them below, and I'll provide those answers in the video!
I'll get started filming and narrating everything over this next week (and as soon as I clean up my office space a little haha!) and will aim to have that video ready for you guys by the end of September. Thank you so much again for your support, it means the world!! 🥰

i dont know if this has ever been addressed before -- but i love to see some other things that inspire you to create! maybe you could take us on a tour to places you visit when you need to feel inspired or like to draw ideas from, or share with us other pieces of media you watch/read to feel inspired! i would just really love to know anything and everything about your creative process!

Yay!!!! This really makes me feel part of something larger than myself, and it inspires a lot of warm fuzzies to know I helped you hit this goal. What I want to know is if you have daily/weekly rituals that help you stay grounded and connected to yourself, and those creative parts of your mind. Things such as, "Do you have a comfort beverage in hand as you approach your work each day?" and "Do you take a walk around or to a specific place every week or day?" It can be things as simple as brushing your cat's fur out, or even just checking other social network accounts of people who provide you with comfort/inspiration/etc. You don't have to plum the depths and tell us all the secrets. I wrote at length to try to clarify and narrow it, not to needle. I just appreciate what such things say about people and their relationship to the world around them.
