Well...this is basically the experimental, mad-science version of a designer workout booster (or something), so maybe the minds behind it have optimized the formula to avoid that particular drawback. (In other words, don't sweat it. I like keeping it kinky.)

I am aware of that and decided against making him small for the sake of the comic being kinky as is. If I had time to have the transformation longer and have him react to the changes then I might be more willing so shrink him down to size hehe

Well, that certainly will put his strength well past the human norm. Ape muscles are much denser and more powerful than humans'. Even a chimp can wreck us, but gorillas? Oy... Fun bit of balance, though: I've read that humans are proportionately quite well-endowed compared to most apes. Go figure. Seems like this fellow is getting the best of both worlds.

1: There are no backgrounds. There is no established space, it's just tf with some slight added context for the tf in the form of the injection. 2: I don't particularly enjoy gorilla tf's so I went into this one with little to no direction for what one might consider hot in a gorilla tf. Went in blind, but I had some help from someone who is into gorilla tfs.
