Only for Patch 7 as it was made using the official toolkit.
For the reason above doesn't require SE.
Cape and shoulder cloth have physics.
Little disclaimer:
Shoulder cloth on the main variant of the armor can clip trough a bit. Because of physics and because this area is very moveable. I'm leaving it as is for now.

Um, help? I had to visit Arron for my new mods and it is INCREDIBLY expensive as I installed a few of these mods. How is everyone else getting past the price? I'm already off of the ship so I have no tutorial chest.
