I asked him if he’s been gaining weight on purpose for us…

I guess my belly is gonna keep getting bigger and there’s nothing you can do about it, bud.” He chuckled and gave me a look that was somehow both warming and slightly sinister. And his face read, ‘haha you know you’re in trouble.”
“You’ve been getting bigger a lot faster lately,” I said. He laughed.
“Well now that I’m at the tail end of my insane growth spurt (he went from 5 foot 9 to over 6 foot 4 in the time I’ve known him!!!) I guess I’m not growing into my weight anymore. And now the pounds really feel like they’re piling on me. Phew.” He lifted his tight XXL shirt and out plopped his monster truck gut. He gave it a manly slap, a jiggle, and a good rubbing. It was as if he was taming a wild beast.
Sometimes I feel like I’m the one POKING the beast!😜🤪

That’s such a huge growth spurt! Yeah now that his weight gain doesn’t have to do with the added height, he’s going to be growing out with that massive belly just getting rounder and bigger every month 😅
