If you wanted to make her more eerie looking, TRY THESE: -give her a more pale/chalky skin tone. Right now she looks like she gets her doctor recommended amount of vitamin D. - lower the brim of her hat or front hair bangs so her eyes are on the verge of being obscured, but not quite. Give her an extra layer of mystery. - give her a more unnatural eye color. (I can't tell if you did this or not in the video because of the brightness.) But a bright yellow, green, red, purple or whatever iris color would be a good contrast to the otherwise dark/pale figure. The piercing gaze would draw you in but also make you uneasy. - DEEP BLOOD RED lipstick. Not AS critical, but much like the brighter irises, would add some nice contrast.
